Call your dealer or "read the literally fucking manual", it's all documented. If you lost your documentation/manuals you can downlod it from the Ricoh website.

PS: This isn't an end-user board

I am not a (fucking) end user pardon the french, i have been servicing minolta copiers for years but i have never had to install the network print side before, i have since gone on to ricoh copiers 1015,1018,1022,1027 and recently bought some 3025 in nashuatech colours and i have got some customer interest in the machines but cannot configure them as i am no good at all with pcs.
I work for myself and have done for 17 years and just because i dont have pc skills doesnt mean i am an idiot,i am eager to learn but we all need help and a push at some point in our careers.
Also i have read the installation instructions and followed them closely but cant get it to work so i am missing the plot somewhere but i cant talk technically about something i dont understand.
If somebody wants to ask me anything minolta up to and including di350s i can answer any technicall question to prove i am no end user looking for a free fix. regards steve

Ok, even it's hard to believe that someone without any traces of computer/connectivity skills is able to work in our business these days. I think you should learn this stuff "live" in action. Maybe some of your work mates will spent some hours with you to re-create a typical MFP installation in your shop. I'm quite shure this will be more helpful than collecting a few bits an pieces through a forum.

If you prefer to learn this on your own: Provide me your mail adress, I can try to check my get-u-wice account (Ricoh learning portal) for some self teaching learning material (PDF Files) including the basics (networking/printing). That stuff will be quite a lot to read but it's pretty good written.
