    Ricoh 200

I don't have a service/parts manual for this copier so I'm not sure what the part I'm talking about is called. There are two small rollers on the shaft of the knob to the left of the fuser unit. I'm curious as to what is suppose to keep them in place??? The roller on the back side of shaft keeps walking towards the front of the copier moving away from the upper nylon idle roller. This causes misfeeds when copying 8.5x11R paper.
    Thanks!!!

I'm not quite shure wich rollers you mean. There are two rollers on a shaft which are suppose to transport the paper from the fuser exit towards the paper exit gate area but these aren't really special iirc.

There should be an e-clip that holds the rollers in place. There is a roll pin that drives the rear roller.

I don't have a manual for this model, but for rubber rollers on steel shafts I have used super glue to keep them in place. It works good. Hope this helps.

I did think about super glue but the rubber roller is on a plastic hub with one way needle bearings.
The rollers do have a clip similar to what holds the lead-in rollers on the 350 copiers. I'm guessing the heat from the fuser has caused the plastic to warp out of shape.
          Thanks!!!

            G020 4458 Transport Roller - 2

It has a clip or lock of its own. and a one way bearing inside.
