we are getting a "false" interior jam message. All the boards in this guy have been swaped out. The regisration jam sensors have been replaced. We have exhausted Tech support. Any Ideas? As soon as you power on the message shows up.Thanks,

If it's not a sensor or a board I would guess a wire harness. -
What a Machine !!!
The GOOP machine as we call it down under, also known as a GX3050. Have spent some time on this particular fault. This will probably seem stupid but check the black cover that goes over the print head, making sure that it is in the slot on the left hand side that covers the sensor. Could not believe it fixed my machine. Give it a go !
