This might sound like a bit noobish forgive me for not knowing ahead of time. But using the smart device for admin tool when backing up an address book from one machine to another I get the prompt for the encryption key to my knowledge nobody at the company has ever mentioned anything about the encryption key we just click ok and it backs it up, but what is the encryption key? Do we have a universal key for all Ricoh machines or does this key vary from one unit to another.
