I have a high school that has one of these unit the machine has been throwing Sc440 someone had suggested taking apart the cleaning unit and cleaning it out and making sure there is no corrosion preventing the cleaning brush from turning. I have carefully cleaned this unit out same results. Should I try to replace the cleaning unit and the transfer unit?
I have not had much luck with these machines they appear to have more issues then the previous model the 2090

Check the transfer belt for wear.Replace the power pack if the belt is ok.

Damp paper will cause this. Had 3 machines in a school do this after the paper sat around all summer
