NASHUATEC DSM645 with Ricoh 2035e BCIU

These days I am facing problems to run the AFICIO series 20XX machines.
Actually my boss arranged a lot containing this series but with different NRG logos.

It's a NashuaTec DSM645 unit with SC 990.I have replaced PCU ,developer & cleaning blades etc but the problem persists with history of process control error.
Then I have come to know through SMC print page 1/4 that the BCIU board installed in this machine is of Ricoh AFICIO 2035e.

I need to know that is it possible to run this unit or I have to chnage the BCIU with the right one ,or I may simply upgrade the NVRAM data with help of a memory card.(Unfortunately the BIN file for DSM 645 (NashuaTec ) is not presently available with me.

this series is very new for me and I need some more tips which may be useful to install these machines.
    THANKING YOU ALL IN ANTICIPATION.

To the best of my (limited) knowledge, the BICU boards on these machines are the same and I can find nothing to tell me otherwise in the parts manual.

One option may be a dirty, or even faulty, ID sensor (located underneath the fuser unit in the side door once you've slid the PCU out) or another, if memory serves, is a worn drum drive gear (behind the flywheel in the back of the machine.) I can't remember if the latter definitely gives this code though, so please don't quote me on that! If this is causing the fault, you should get black vertical bands on the copies when the error occurs.
