    Canon ir-3530

Canon ir-3530 paper jams using the 2 bottom trays. top 2 trays work fine. The jam is on the right side right between the bottom 2 trays and the top 2 trays. The trays are set correctly. All new feed rollers on all trays. NEw drum and new fuser.

The solution is clear. Ditch the Canon and purchase a Ricoh.

Sounds like the relay clutch to me, however I'm am but a lowly Ricoh engineer. That would stand to reason of course, this being the Ricoh family area.

Check the vertical path rollers which live on the paper feed assembly itself.
Because this is a reasonably recent model they should be the new type Grey rubber.
Wash them up as they're very prone to slipping when they have too much paper dust on them.
Failing that check the bushings for those rollers and they also have a one-way bearing at the end of the roller contained in a white plastic collar...if you can spin the roller in both direction then you'll need to change that collar/bearing.
