Make sure the cleaning clutch cam on the rear has the spacer, it was included with the new PCU. It looks like the cleaner unit is slipping.

After you have checked the cleaning cam at the back of the machine - check the clutch because I have had this seize up in machines that have had alot of volume on them.
If its faulty you may want to change the whole drive unit as it's a pain to strip out and then you avoid having to strip down at later date to change one of the other components that may fail.

Having 21 of these boat anchors at one account (I know you feel my pain) I agree with Llama God...replace the transfer clutch pack (B051-4807)

REBUILD ? What a waste of time.. Tie a rope arround it and make it an anchor....You are asking for a long term headache in the field.
