    Savin 2545

At a customers office they have a Savin 2545 setup for printing. They have it setup to be able to print from two computers one at the location of the office and another on a laptop at the pastors house. His house is right down the road from the church office building and he has been having a problem of misfeeding when he prints from his house but doesn't know until he goes over to the church office. Is there a way to tell from your computer when the copier misfeeds while printing?
Another thing we have noticed is that when you type in the IP address in the address box and bring up the screen for the copier, there is a status button that you can click on that shows you the paper trays and the sizes that are setup on them. The weird thing is that three of the trays are showing the correct sizes but the fourth tray that is setup for 8 1/2 x 14 shows 209 x 356mm. Is there a way to change this, and is there any reason as to why it would be showing this?
The last problem he is having is that I'm guessing at times when he sends a print job it tends to rotate sort his copies but he isn't telling it to rotate sort. Is there a way to tell if rotate sort is on and if so how do you turn it off? Any help appreciated, thank you.

What does the machine display as the size for the 4th tray?
You can change it with the lever on the tray or more permanently in User tool.
As for the p driver, you can specify the tray size there too. In properties of the driver.
When you get a misfeed, it should indicate to the user that that is the case.
How is he printing from home, VPN? That may be why he isnt getting the message.

Which driver is he using. The RPCS is more user friendly.IMHO

The 4th tray on copier display is 8.5x14. The lower deck is from a Savin 9945. I did not set up the printing for this copier the Pastors computer guy did. I'm not sure as to how. Where would it show the misfeed on his computer screen???
      Thanks!!!
