All,

I am monitoring the usage of all four toners, via the admin tool on the internet.

It tells me all 4 toner cartridge are full, however I replaced a toner cartridge which was empty with another which was half full, but when I monitor this replaced toner cartridge on the internet it is showing up as FULL!

Is there anyway I can get a correct toner cartridge setting or discover or check how much toner is left, instead of taking each cartridge out?

Try the printer menu config page. If im right it should show you on there. Could be a wide range of issues on why your not getting a correct display via the admin tool but try the config page first.

Ok - you have come on here as an end user not a tech and asking for help - which i have given and its correct so to roll your eyes (sarcastic) is not really going to help you.

As i said if you go into user tools on the op panel and press printer features and print the config page it gives you the remaining toner like YOU asked - If you still think i'm talking out of my buttocks download a user manual from the ricoh website

Attached copy from the ricoh user manual. As i dont have a copier in front of me the next time i see this machine i'll print a config page off and see what i get.

Your machine sounds like it's broken. Perhaps you should consider hiring a technician for help.

Roll this machine into the parking lot and charge $10.00 a hit with a baseball bat, and $50.00 for a shot with a shotgun, tie a chain to it and sell it as a boat anchor.
Take the money you make out of this and buy a good color copier.
Nuff said.
