ricoh 7500 with sc 672. I have removed and replaced the sd cards and got the machine to boot a couple of times, but it will not make a copy, also the document server wont work . If you can help me i would appreciate it.

Have you checked the sc history ?
I've had sc672 on mp9000. The copier has logged two codes but I've saw only sc672 on the screen. The second was the DF code.
Check the inlet voltage and update FW obviously. If you can't copy the HD could cause the problem. -
I'd go for the HDD too, especially as the doc server isn't working.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
