    E-5000 on Ricoh MP 4500

    Hello, I have a problem with Fiery E-5000 on Ricoh Aficio MP 4500, I switch on the copier and controller but FieryDriven screen only shows loading. I can connect to controller by command workstation but I cannot print.
    Could anybody help me?

      How long did you leave it on please wait, I have waited upwards of an hour sometimes for them to come on line. If it doesn'y you may have to reload the aoftware on the Fiery.

          I know what the problem is it's on the wrong machine

          Really though when I have had this happen I always have just reloaded the fiery system software.
