    MP C2500

I there everyone! I have a mpc2500 that about once a month is telling me the photoconductor is not set. Then I drive 400m to the difficult customer and pull out the PCU, put it back and then it works again. Any ideas why this is happening?

I have checked the connectors, they are clean and in good order. What sensors?

        Clean the contacts

        Hi.

I had this problem and I only remove the unit drum with the developer unit and clean all the contacts.

I will try to clean the machine again, maybe I missed something.

            Hello,

If it helps, I had this problem today, the connector in the pcu between the
drum & dev unit at the front of the unit was not fitted correctly.

You have the reason I had the same error.
