Hi.

I have a trouble with a Ricoh Priport Jp730.

The problem is that sometimes the device is crazy because display the error E-8 and the device supplies and supplies the master and I have to turn off the device.

I think that is a problem of firmware but I don't know how update this.

The fw is on the eprom.
There's no way for update besides replacing the eprom.
I don't see E-8 error in the manual.
