I usually work on HP printers and not Ricoh so is the PM similar in the RICOH? Fuser and rollers? Black drum needs to be replaced also. After you complete the PM how do you reset the count on it? Thanks.

The PM counter automatically resets on detection of a new PCU / fuser PM kit.
Failing that the PM counters can be cleared manually from service mode (SP7804-XXX).- Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.
