I have ordered a new Imaging unit (Laser Unit) I have secured the wires go to make a copy it says paper misfeed section B however is sc log it shows as a SC323. So I retake the unit apart make sure the cables are not pinched re-secure them I even go one step further and remove the back cover of the unit and on the controller re-secure the other end of the cable I also inspected for any bent pins prior to securing the cables same results tried to upgrade the firmware since someone suggested that same results. Before I replace the harness, laser unit again and also order a controller board any pointers out there?

Front door switches are a favourite for this too. Order a set, try them first. It may be one of the switches is degrading and giving a door open signal, hence the jam and SC323. Failing that it'll be the BICU board, not the controller. Part number B209 5051.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
