CL4000 slanted lines in colour areas

I have a CL4000 which made perfect print until a few workshop techs cleaned it. Now i get cross line in the mid and low tone areas of the color test pattern.

I think it has something to do with the color registration. I have cleaned the 3 sensors and did color registration under the maintenance section.

If you you Acrobat readers loupe tool it is easier to see.

At an educated guess I would say its the dev rollers, which are part of the
PCU's, do have any PCU's you could try from another printer?

    Good Luck

Very common problem> The dev clutches are gummed up> replace 4 clutches and dev units

It's possible the clutches are the problem, but when that happens you usually see wider diagonal 'voids' or light bands through the entire image, not the small cross-hatch pattern shown on your PDF, however I think the mag rollers do have a similar surface pattern on them. I would try forced line positioning first, and reset ACC to factory value before replacing the clutches, at least it doesn't cost anything to try that.
Don't take that toner with me!
