First of all, let me remind you guys that I'm mostly a Konica Minolta person and I'm still relatively fresh on these Ricoh machines.
So we've got an MPC2050 connected to the @Remote server but neither us (via @Remote) nor the customer (via copier panel) get warned about the fact that the toner is almost empty. The customer only notices it when the machine stops and refuses to print again until we add toner.
How should I go about enabling this warning system, both via @Remote and the operation panel? I took a look at the SP list, but it's all very confusing!
Thanks and cheers!
