Remove Address Book from Ricoh 345c

Hello, I am deploying a refurbished machine and the address book from the previous site is still on the machine, there are well over 230 pre-programmed buttons in the address book. I know I can delete them one at a time from the web page or the system panel. Can anyone tell me how to remove all of these at once?

The machine is a Ricoh 345c.

    Thanks a mil'

I'm not sure what a Ricoh 345c but if its a lanier LD345c/Ricoh 3245c then use sp5846-50 to initialize the address book this will wipe out the address book as well as any user codes there.
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
