Aficio-3245C is displaying error code 385

I have 2 Aficio-3245C which are displaying error code 385. I tried to exec. the P cntr. self check and the result is 0002. PCU and development units are new. Only one machine had code 385 and I replace thw PCU and Development Units from one to other. Now both are displaying the same error code. I Disable SC Detection in SP-5809 and make a copy but colors are overlaping.
Any help about this problem.

I cleaned the ID sensors and 385 resolved. But there is color registration problem with the machine. I tried SP5-993-2 to do the forced line position adjustment but it is showing fail after execution and the result is 070707.
Anyone can help me to resolve this problem.

how does the transfer belt look? look for dirt on the inside of the belt and on the chrome roller that is below the id sensors. Cleaning this roller has fixed this problem for me several times. The id sensors reflect off this roller and dirt or creases in the transfer belt can cause errors.

Thanks for the comments. I cleaned both the items and perform SP5-993-2 again to do the forced line position adjustment but it gave me fail message. After the fourth attempt it accept the calibration and now the copy is perfect and all the copy problems are fixed. But there is small problem in the full color image that there are few black dots in the copy with light covering area which are not visible much. Any comments.
