    MP 2000 le

    after replace the toner,, the machine MP2000le became overtone,, whats the problem is it in the toner?

      There are many reasons for overtoning. Not using OEMRicoh Toner is the most common cause for overtoning. Otherwise its best if u can provide more information on Age of Drum & Developer ect ect so others too can help.... Have faith.. In here you'd always find a solution.

          Worn out gears in the development unit. The mixing augers do not run, so the unit becomes overtoned.

            ah ok,, it might be in toner because i see its a none genuine ricoh toner,, but we use in other machine its no over tone,, cause we have a lots of 2000series in the market maybe around a hundred units only 3 to 5 units is having that problem,thanks

              don't use other type of toner, use the original toner for mp2000le, i know

                Non genuine toner does not have the maufacturing quality control. Its up to you if you want to run the risk of changing all the consumables at half their life to save a few dollars.
