    Ricoh 1515 half copies

    Hi guys,
    I have a machine thats intermittently giving out half copies ( it is exactly half the page in the feed direction) I went to this machine today and it performed ok, but samples show otherwise......by the way these are off the glass and adf!!! i did find the reg sensor was not always returning to its home position smoothly. could this be the cause??
    Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

      Try to adjust the optic scanners from the service manual and post samples from the copies.

          The black guidein front of the sensor, There should be a plastic clip on the rear frame to keep in position. I believe this was an early modification. Did you look at the separation pad for the feed?
