Paper jam in ARDF MP6000

Hi everybody

Has anybody out there had this problem
When doing serveral copy in Ardf, about fifty original copy its worked for a long time & the next fifty original copy its blocked, Ardf paper jam occur at p. Removed paper then try doing original copy in Ardf again but it still block at P. Then swich off machine the next day when using machine its worked correctly but same problem still occur. Then need to used exposure glass for doing original copy. Can somebody help me? What needed to change or flash. Thanks....

Besides the obvious of checking sensors and feed components, check the hinge points on the top access cover. I've seen them get cracked from the operator opening too forcefully. This will cause a decrease in feed pressure between the rollers in the lid and in the base, resulting in jams.
