I cannot seem to get the error to stop. I have literally removed and replaced the magenta pcu about 60 times now and no go. I still keep getting the error. Everything seems to be in order. Any ideas?

Ricoh replaces it. I would say I get this about 1 in 50 on Ricoh parts and 1 in 10 with aftermarket units
