    Ricoh 2060 sp mode question.

    Good evening,
I currenty have a Ricoh 2060 that is posing some issues.I am trying to turn off the panel tone in user mode however the password has prevented me from access.I am a Ricoh tech but have not been around this model.I have tried the admin but it still says no access.I have the service manual but there is no clear discription of what SP mode resets this problem.
    Thanks in advance.

You'll need to log into the machine as the Machine Administrator

Ask the office manager for the password.

I wish it was that easy. That person has left the company and no one has the old password. Is there any sp mode that will reset the password without reseting the whole machine???
          Thanks again.

Last option : Log in as supervisor (no password) and reset the admin password.
