I had this problem with the tandem tray on a 8555 and now on a 8055. When it runs out of paper it just says load paper even though there's paper on the right side. It won't slide the paper over. For the 8555 I replaced all the sensors, the damper gear and the motor. They replaced the copier before I resolved the tray issue. I did a call today and noticed the same thing on a 8055, will say load paper even though there is some on the right. The customer didn't say anything about it but I'd like to get it fixed before they do. Anyone know what causes that?
