getting fax error 14-01.also saying trnsfrg file to folder.faxes not printing out.what is the issue here?

you must check all network setting (IP address, DNS, SMTP etc), LAN cable, shared folder and user rights for it.

Cause: Cannot find the DNS server, SMTP Server or folder for forwarding.

Solution I sent before.

Cause: Failed to connect to the SMTP server (timeout) because the server could not be found.
