Error code for Hard Drive, How can I format HD in copier, or do I need to change. What are the procedures for changing (softwares updates, etc.) or just change , plug and start copying, printing, etc.

    hard

You can format hard drive with SP 5 832. If cant get into service mode or any other function then the hard drive is faulty will have to be replaced.
Hard drive is the same as any other you would get from a computer supply shop. prices for these from nrg really expensive.

And I think this is a SATA drive. But easy to replace/ Try the format first.
