Aficio 1035 error code 395

I noticed the developer section does not rotate. There is a clutch in the back that may have gone bad. Is this the problem? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry i forgot to mention that SC 395 is a C-code. The main machine can be operated as usual, excluding the unit related to the service call. That is why the development unit is not turning.

Have the same problem on a Savin 2535 but in my case removed the Developer Unit & Drum unit for cleaning the Exterior ressemled and now have a SC395 error. cked the DEv conections allOk, cked the Connections where the Dev and wall make contacts for Dev it looks ok, making contact ok. Removed the BIAS connector from the HV PCB in the to eliminate the circuit to the Dev unit (with the BIAS connector disconnected) made a copy and the same problem occured. I think its a bad High Voltage PCB. can someone give me some feed back of my problem??

Thanks all for the help. Will try to isolate problem this week and get back to all of you with feedback. I am also having the same problem on a Savin 2535.
