    text not bold.

    yo guys.

customer print to 3228C, the text is bold and correct.
but when print to mpc4000, the text is like normal and not what they want.

any suggestion to solve this bold issue?

    Try a different driver - RPCS / PCL5e / PCL6 / PS (if they have it)

Try printing from a different app to see if its something the program doesn't like about the printer (MS Office is notorious for oddball things like that)

Biggest Difference is that the 3228 uses a fuser belt which is kinder to the toner than a fuser roller as used on the 4/5000.
