The only noize problem I've had with them is due to the gears driving the front auger not meshing completely. My fix was to cut off the aligning pins for the tube and wallow out the holes - move the top end of the bottom section downward so that the gear pivots up on the waste tube coming out of the pcu and into the drive gear more fully.

I had this a couple of times and 1 of 3 things will fix it,
        1. Replace the gears, ( you've done that)
2.Replace the diagonal toner recycling tube at front of pcu.
3.Physically bend the metal plate(housing) at the front of the drum unit, facing you to force the gears to mesh. or alternatively the whole pcu housing.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
