went back with the dev power pack but no luck, checked my connections ok, dev unit not locked up. ideas appreciated. thanks T

Try to change the receptacle connecting to development unit, located at back of the machine.

Watch out for the loom coming out of the gw controller at the rear, this can rub off the fly wheel causing this code, also if the dev unit is not in correctly it will arc causing this sc. Make sure the dev unit sits correctly onto that pin as you look directly in line with it as you slide it in, you may need to turn the knob slightly to allow it all the way home and then to the left slightly.

take out the development motor & check the bushing gear
