    From the service manual:

    SC410 D
    ID sensor error 2: Development γ K

    SC411 D
    ID sensor error 3: Development γ M

    SC412 D
    ID sensor error 4: Development γ C

    SC413 D
    ID sensor error 5: Development γ Y
    Development gamma for black,
magenta, cyan, or yellow is not
    within range (0.3 to 6.0).
    Process control halts when this
    SC is issued.

Toner density not normal: Refer to the
    procedure for process control self-check
    error codes 55 to 59 to 59, and 61
    (section 4.2.4)

    Potential sensor defective

    Laser diode not firing

    ITB separation for CMY abnormal

    Transfer power pack defective

    ID sensor defective

If after service or installation, check ITB

    release lever.

I would clean all the ID sensors first and see what happens.

      [Symptom]
When the PCU units were initialized after delivery, SC412 (ID Sensor Error 2: Development Gamma CYAN) appeared.
      Copies showed almost no Cyan.

      [Cause]
The transfer belt release lever was not set properly, so the correct pressure was not applied to the belt.

      [What to do]
The transfer belt release lever was set properly.
Slack in the ITB can foul the ID sensors with toner, so check and clean them.

Be very careful when you install and initialize new PCUs/developers. You have to follow procedures exactly as mentioned in Ricoh manuals.

      Hope it helps.
