Ricoh Aficio MP 4000B Upgrade !

I have a problem with a copier Machine type Ricoh Aficio MP4000B.
The copier has a code SC819 and I thing that the problem is the software.
I need to upgrade the firmware software but I don't know how to do it ?!

We have a problem with these machines.
this error is show to about 10 machines Ricoh MP4000B.
we tried in many ways to solve this problem, but unfortunately without succeed !!

If anybody have idea how we can resolve this problem, please let me know !

Try to install original RAM memory on the controler.
Local market in not good for this machine.

In this case you must replace the controller board or the engine board (BiCU).
I had 3 cases with SC819.
