I was called out to a machine because it had error code problem which is related to the harddrive. I reformmatted the harddrive and the machine can print but when the customer goes to scan something it comes up sayinh attach senders name. Someone who used to work with me had said he thinks it is somewhere in user tools and that I have to go in the to locate it however I can't find it. Is this where t should be if not then how do I fix this? Any help appreciated, thank you.
