wondering if anyone could help me out with a strange prob im having at the moment.
I have an aficio 3328c machine with an sr 960 finisher attached .The problem i am having is that the finisher is not being recognized.
To date i have swopped the power supply and that brings the finisher back to life if only for a short while.i have measured the voltages and i am missing a 5volt line from the finisher connection.
I have swopped the finisher board and cable that plugs into the machine with those from a good known finisher yet still no joy.,however the original board and cable from the problem finisher are working fine in the other finisher.
if someone out there ould let me known if they have had a similar prob are any reason to why i keep losing my 5volt line even after swopping power supplies.
Is there something i am or misssing or could something else be pulling down the 5volt line
Any help apprieciated as at a loss at the momment
