    Aficio 3030 fax forward to e-mail

    I have set many of these up before but for some reason when the e-mail is received theres no attachment only a link to the URL of the device. Ive checked that "send as file" is selected in scanner features, still no luck !
    something I'm missing ???

      You try forwarding it to a different email? This way you can see if it has something to do with their email or if it's machine side. I'm thinking it's something to do with their email.

          Is "store and send" set as the default?
          Maybe reinitialize User Tools will fix.
          I don't think that customer's email can be cause of it because URL link is shown.
