3260 dropping toner

I have a 3260c dropping toner form the black dev unit, have changed the dev only seems to last a couple of days.

Any deas?

Did you clean the "Doctor gap" ,filming on the" Doctor blade " is very common just as "toner supply clutch assy" the first step is replace the "toner supply Clutch assy" it's

whats the cleaning unit like? is it dropping onto the belt - check the cleaning unit bearings, after a while they go big causing the brush to clog up as it doesnt turn or a clicking noise.

Also replace main air filters.

Almost always is the cleaning unit (cleaning brash or seal under the cleaning brush)

Turned out to be the Black toner supply unit
