Problems Printing to Ricoh RW

I have our print server setup for this RW-240WP unit, and we are using the plotbase software.

When I install the printer on client pcs on my network print jobs will not hit the print queue in the plotbase. It's very inconsistent. It will hit the Window print queue and then dissapear like the print job went through correctly. 95% of the time it will not print.

Is this a known issue? I am using Plotbase version 3.3.025

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. I'm fairly new to this type of printer.

Make sure Reader has a check mark next to it. It is under one of the toolbar menus in PlotBase.
