    Lanier ld116, paper tray problem?

This would be a case of , If the customer would describe the problem properly, they would get it fixed. The first call was for jamming, I went and it worked fine, machine was clean and all. Now it is a couple of weeks later and I have a repeat for jamming. I went in and it was working fine, making copies as I walk in the door. As I walked up to the machine, I noticed it "blinked", the tray empty light came on for a second and the machine paused then resumed printing. I went on to check it for the jam problem and when it worked fine and I ask for more details, the lady explained that it jammed all the time, the tray empty light comes on and they have to push the start button to restart it when the light goes out. I explained that that was not a jam and went on to check the tray and switch. All seem to be fine, so my question is, has anybody had a similar issue. I could not repeat it after that one "blink".
