    Welcome to Excel, my friend.

Excel has a nasty little habit of only applying your setting(s) to the first worksheet; all others will print with your printer default settings.

The easiest workaround is to set your preferences for the printer (in this case, set to color).

Just don't forget to set it back when you're done.

Perhaps try to print to document server, then print from there as you want

Why not install multiple copies of the same driver, but set the preferences on one of them to duplex, then rename the driver accordingly?

Good call on the Document Server. Although that would work, it does involve an extra step and more time.

Please make sure the customer is aware that this is Microsoft issue, and not a printer problem. We can't fix Microsoft problems, only try to work around them.

Perhaps other spreadsheet applications (Lotus 1-2-3, Open Office, etc..) don't have this problem.

Try holding down the shift key then selecting then clicking on all the sheet tabs at the bottom. This will select all of them. Now set the page settings and it should apply what you set to all of them.
