    Ricoh 3235c skewed image

I got a ricoh color machine that looks like the paper is being sent out of tray 1 skewed. Paper coming out of tray 2 seems to be coming out fine. I don't see any dog earring or pinches on the paper itself. So i'm wondering if something in the drive mechanism can cause the paper to feed through crooked? The tray guides are locked in so it isn't that. I also even looked into the feed section of the paper tray feed and couldn't see any blockage. It doesn't happen every time either, it's about 50 percent of the time. The black plastic mylar gate thingy looked fine too. So like I said is there anything in the drive mechanism that could cause the paper to drive out of the feed section crooked? I'm open to any suggestions and opinions. Thanks.

Change feed rolls, sep. roll and torque limiter.
Most of the time the operators need fixing, not the machine !!!
