    Change language from germany to english

    Hi. My ricoh machine are imported from Germany. I have a few unit are in germany language. Can i change to english? What can i do?

    You need to update the LCDC firmware to the english version for your particular model.

      im new in copier industry. can u teach me step by step to update LCDC firmware? how to update and what should i prepair?

        The firmware isn't publicly available so if you don't know how to do it you probably can't get it anyway

        Also the method is going to depend on the model of the copier.

          I seem to remember that you could change the Language through the keyboard irrespective of firmware? Its been a while since i worked on these machines so i could be(and most probalby am ) wrong! Which model/s are you importing?

              Check the entrance screen of the user tools for a "sprache" button (sprache=language) - maybe the english language is still installed so you can easy switch between german and english. We are always installing the german AND english language.

                    My machine only have germany language. There is no english langague. Anything can i do now? Ready headache on this.
