ricoh 2020D jounrnal report

Hi All,
I have a Ricoh 2020D that will not print the fax journal report.This has already been turned on (swich settings).We have 4 other 2020d's with the same switch settings that work fine.Any idea's??

Try clearing the fax application memory, then reload the firmware. There's probably a bug in it.

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
