Did you have your probleme in copy mode or printing mode?
Do you have your probleme when you print SMC data?
I have had similar probleme and it was memory card of printer option .
And one time ,the default was IPU boad but probleme was only one copy modeLast edited by RICOHTEC; 12-09-2009, 04:52 PM.Comment

It looks like electrical noise causing laser to write, try plugging in on a different circuit.IBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ CertificationsComment

Hi.
Try removing and looking in laser to see if all ok. Check laser mirror motors. It may be worth dropping the NVRAM and doing a all clear as well as formatting HDD. ( don't for get to print the Nn standard data. ) Far cheaper to try this first. Good LuckComment

Did you formatt HDD ? One thing to try.
If you have a Laptop it may be worth connecting via a Crossover and try printing doc;s from you Laptop by passing thier network and drivers.Comment

My vote is for fitting new HDDs - 2x standard 3.5" 80G or larger drives set to master. Run the SP code to copy the stamp data over. Backup the address book first if they use scan to email or scan to folder (address book maintenence - backup in Web Image Monitor)Comment
