Customer says that when the machine goes into sleep mode that they can not receive faxes. Are there different lower power/sleep settings that would affect the copier receiving faxes. I'm almost positive that as long as the machine in on it will receive faxes even while in low power/sleep.

Yes, it should wake-up, receive the fax and go back to sleep.
Not sure what a 3235c equates to but make sure the system and power sub-system firmware is up to date.sigpic
