Does anyone know if it is possible to change the brand ID in the Engine Maintenance section? and if so, does anyone know the right Ricoh Brand ID?

I received the pdf italian manual file but not the firmware. I don't know if a 20 Mb file can be too big for our mailbox or if there is some other reason. In a short while my colleague will come back and I will ask him if he knows the reason why we can't receive that file. Then I'll let you know..... Thank you very much for your collaboration.Comment

My colleague says that it seems we are not able to receive big files. So can you send it in smaller parts? Or have you got a FTP site where we can connect and download it directly?Comment
