Here in Canada two different touch screens have been identified as 'problem' and are being replaced at no charge. If you work for a dealer or direct operation you may want to ask about this.

The point is that here in Spain you only can get the TOUCH SCREENS under a "warranty order" (and send back the broken one). I, as a offical dealer, cannot buy it normally. My customer buys the equipment outside Spain so he cannot get the touch panel as warratied from Ricoh Spain but I need to give him a solution.
