Hi All,

I have hashuatec 8100 .machine call replace maintenace kit.I know the maintenance kit is DRUM,FUSING AND TRANSFER UNIT but i change this UNITS and still call replace mainenance kit , in sp mode alarm (SP 5507) is OFF .How can i OFF this message .

What does that machine cross to? Is it a Ricoh box?

Reset with SP7-804 (PM Counter Reset).
