Machine not displaying all sub folders in server.

    Hi Guys,

At the server, there's 1 scan folder with approximate 400 sub-folders. Those sub-folders are belongs to each particular user name. When i browse into the server sub-folders at the machine, \\server\scan\username

That's the limits of the MFP, I've encountered the same thing. You will have to break up those sub folders further, maybe alphabetically so you have 26 sub-sub folders (one for each letter) or folders labeled A-D, E-H, etc.

If A-G is 4 pages that sounds like a lot of folders. It might not have enough memory, can you add more memory?
What model is this? Try SP mode 5182-001 set to 1.

Limitation of the MFP. Time for you to manually type in the paths. I prefer doing it via Web Image Monitor. Just copy and past the path as you browse the network for each one. IF you don't have access to each path log in as Admin a pc to have access or do it from the Server itself.

Yep, a limitation of the MFP it is!

If I'm not mistaken, the limit is 100 entries.

          Been there.
